Other Summer Fun...aka, a Really Long Post

Here are a boat load of pictures of all the other fun things we've done this summer.  We've gone to Bees games, Real games, the Zoo, played outside, a ward party, a carnival, celebrated my birthday, and a few other fun things.  We sure do love summer!

Grandma Goodrich

My Grandma Goodrich is staying with my parents for a little while.  I was able to take the boys yesterday to visit with her.  I was a little nervous, since Cam can take a reaalllllyyy long time to warm up to people sometimes, but it turned out really great.  The boys played hide and seek with her, and laughed their heads off.  It was a really special thing for me to watch, and will always be a great memory.  I had a great time visiting with her.  She is such a special lady.  She is always sweet and kind-even after my Grandpa died and her health declined, she has stayed the same sweet Grandma.  Love you Grandma!

Bear Lake

For my family's vacation this year, we headed to Megan's family's cabin at Bear Lake.  They have a cabin near the lake, right on a golf course.  It's beautiful up there and we had such a great time-it was so nice to get away for a couple days.  The only bummer, is that the day we got up there, Riley was breathing pretty badly and had to go to instacare.  They were actually already closed, but when we called to tell them what was going on, the doctor wanted to meet us.  Riley had a viral infection and got some steroids for the asthma.  He was miserably sick the whole time-but had lots of people to baby him, so he survived.  The first night we were there, he was still breathing rough and I was nervous to put him to bed.  Matt, my dad, and a couple of my brothers all helped to give him a blessing.  It was a really special experience for me.  Thanks Megan and Justin for a great time!  Can we go again soon?
