Moab

At the beginning of May, we headed to Moab with Matt's family.  His parents renewed their vows at their church camp for their 30th anniversary.  We had so much fun!  Unfortunately, Riley got pretty sick right before we went and was having trouble with his asthma.  Then, I got really sick, and found out the day before we had to leave, that I had a pretty nasty case of strep.  I didn't want to miss any of the fun, so I started popping the antibiotic and went anyway.  Thankfully, everybody took great care of us and we both started to feel much better by the end.  Yay!
 Two sickies just lounging
We gave  Matt's parents messages from all of use and their families as well, for their anniversary
 Even J loves to swing!

Look at all those pals!

 Two crazies...

This is how Cam wanted to sleep on the way home.  He's such an old man.

Finally feeling better!!

Family Vacation, in....Ogden?!?!

After I was diagnosed with nerve damage, I went on some medications that were majorly helpful. Unfortunately, in order to have any more children, it really isn't a safe medication to be on while pregnant.  So, when we started trying, I went off all my meds.  It was...rough, to say the least.  I was in a lot of pain, had a lot of migraines and basically felt awful all the time.

Sometime in April, I had had enough.  I asked Matt on a whim, on Friday afternoon if we could just leave town.  We realized we didn't have enough time to go too far-also I couldn't find any available hotels in the places we wanted to go.  I remembered that we wanted to go to the children's museum in Ogden, so, oddly enough...we headed up to Ogden.  Not an ideal place for a vacation, but honestly, we had so much fun.  We stayed in a hotel with a pool, let the boys play, and spent the next day at the museum.  It was so nice to get out of the house for awhile!  I guess if you are with the right people, you can make a vacation out of anything!

Spring Fever

In the spring, we wrapped up joy school.  We had such a fun year with these cute kiddos!
Playing at the park with our buds
 Dress-up day

Picnic!

Also...a couple other pictures.
Matt and I got awesome tickets to the Jazz game.  Too bad they lost...
Lately, Cam wants us to take pictures of his toys.  We insist that he be in the picture, and this is usually what we get.

Happy Easter 2013

Our Easter was busy, busy, busy, and full of fun.  We had 3 different Easter egg hunts, and lots of fun with friends and family!  We had a ward hunt, a neighborhood hunt, and then a hunt with my family.  The kids definitely got maxed out on treats, many of which were secretly thrown away...

We also got to have a few cousins over on Saturday night after all our festivities.  We had a fun bubble bath, and watched a movie!

 Cam's version of a hug...
 Blowing bubbles at the church

 Neighborhood hunt

 Rub-a-dub-dub, 5 kids in a tub!
I'm pretty sure they all agreed on watching Angelina Ballerina.  Yes...even the boys.
Sadly, the best family picture we got on Easter.
Hunt at Eric and Heidi's house
 Brynn and Riley
Justin wanted to show everybody a video of some guy breaking his hand, or something like that.  I wanted to get a picture of the reactions!  Ewwww...

Happy Birthday Ry-Ry!

Riley turned 2 in March!  I can't believe he is 2 (okay...almost 2 1/2 now)!  When I think back to how little he was, it is truly crazy to think how far he has come.  We love him so much!
Riley has such a fun and crazy personality.  People always comment on how loud he is...all. the. time.  He kind of never stops talking, and always does it as loudly as possible.  He is the master of funny faces.  He can be a mean little grump, and then turn instantly into a sweet little cuddle bug.  He loves to sing, just about anything he can figure out the words to.  He loves trains, just like Cameron.  He is now in a big boy bed, most of the time, and shares a room with Cam.  It's an adventure.  Some nights he is way too wild and has to go back to his crib.  He's not a great eater-kind of in that picky stage right now.  He is still super small (in the zero percentile).  The only bummer for him, is that he was recently diagnosed with asthma.  Because of that, he gets sick, a lot.  It feels like we always have him in instacare.  Other than that, he is a healthy, sweet, smart little boy.  We can't imagine our lives without him!

Winter Time

This winter was really cold, and really smoggy and pretty yucky.  We stayed inside a lot, but tried to have a few family outings to break the monotony.
It may be hard to recognize, but that is a dog-not a fur wrap.
Lots of trips to the dinosaur playground at city creek!

 Snow bunny!
And lots of trips to Jump Around Utah-which we love!
