Cameron struggles with anxiety, and the anxiety fuels several other emotional/behavioral issues that we are continually dealing with. He did so well at school, loved riding the bus everyday and eating with his friends. We saw a lot of improvements in him over the past year. We are so thankful that he has had this opportunity. The school runs year round, but in the middle of the summer, I decided I was really, really ready to have him home enjoying his summer. Between us and his therapist, we thought it would be a good time, so he graduated at the beginning of July!
My Mom and brother, Brett came for the graduation. Unfortunately the school kind of fell short on what they told us they would do, but we were able to take him to Jump Around Utah (which he loves) after the graduation, and he really felt like it was his special day!
We are so proud of him for the progress he has made, and so grateful we have had such an awesome therapist to help Matt and I understand what Cam needs. We have ongoing issues, some new, and some old, but we are really seeing some great changes. We love this sweet and sassy little 4 year old!
I didn't exactly get many pictures of Cam, because he doesn't really like his picture taken. Still...we had a ton of fun!
